Shift RN — Nurse Calendar & Pay

The short version: Shift RN does not collect, transmit, or store any of your information. There is no account, no server, and no analytics. Your schedule and pay settings never leave your iPhone.

What the app stores

Everything you enter — your rotation pattern, your shift times, your hourly rate and differentials, your pay period, and any notes you write on a shift — is saved only in local storage on your device (a shared app group container so the widget can read it). None of it is uploaded anywhere.

What the app does not do

It does not create an account or ask for your name, email, or phone number.
It does not make network requests to any server we operate. We do not run one.
It does not include analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
It does not access your contacts, photos, location, health data, or calendar.

Sharing your schedule

If you choose to share your schedule with family, the app writes a standard calendar (.ics) file and hands it to the iOS share sheet. You decide who receives it and how. The file contains only your working dates and shift times — never your pay information. Nothing is uploaded to us in the process.

Purchases

If you buy the one-time unlock, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple provides the app with a receipt indicating whether the purchase is valid; that receipt stays on your device.

Children

Shift RN is a tool for working adults and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Because the app collects nothing, we do not expect material changes.
